Motor Control Center (MCC)
Our Motor Control Centers are centralized switchgear assemblies designed to control, protect, and monitor multiple electric motors from a single enclosure. Each MCC is custom-engineered to meet the specific process requirements of industrial plants including oil & gas, water treatment, manufacturing, and power generation facilities.
Built with premium switching components from LS Electric and Siemens — including contactors, overload relays, circuit breakers, and soft starters — our MCCs support all standard motor starting methods: Direct-On-Line (DOL), Star-Delta, Soft Starter, and Variable Frequency Drive (VFD) configurations.
All assemblies are manufactured in full compliance with IEC 61439-1 and IEC 61439-2 standards, with busbar ratings up to 4000A and protection degrees from IP42 to IP55. Both fixed and draw-out unit configurations are available, and every MCC undergoes complete factory acceptance testing (FAT) prior to shipment.
