Our installation and execution team brings years of field experience to every project, ensuring that all electrical systems are installed to the highest standards of quality, safety, and reliability. We work closely with the design and project management teams to ensure that construction matches the engineering intent.
We manage the complete installation lifecycle — from site mobilisation and material receiving through to cable pulling, equipment mounting, termination, and pre-commissioning checks. All work is performed by certified electricians and supervised by chartered electrical engineers.
Our Approach
We follow a systematic execution methodology that prioritises safety, quality, and schedule adherence.
1. Site Preparation & Planning
Before any installation begins, we conduct a detailed site survey, review the installation drawings, prepare method statements, and establish safety protocols. Material is inspected and staged for efficient access.
2. Cable & Tray Installation
We install power, control, and instrumentation cables following the approved cable schedule and routing drawings. Cable trays, ladder racks, conduits, and supports are fixed and grounded per specifications.
3. Equipment Mounting & Termination
Switchgear panels, MCCs, transformers, and distribution boards are positioned, levelled, and anchored. All terminations are performed using calibrated tools and verified against wiring diagrams.
4. Earthing & Bonding
A complete earthing and bonding system is installed, including earth electrodes, main earth bars, equipment earthing, and surge protection devices. Resistance values are measured and documented.
