Our Approach

1. Project Setup & Planning

At project initiation, we establish the project execution plan, quality plan, HSE plan, communication protocols, and reporting framework. A detailed work breakdown structure and schedule are developed and agreed with all stakeholders.

2. Technical Supervision & Quality Control

Our supervisors conduct daily site inspections to verify that installation work conforms to approved drawings, specifications, and standards. Quality control checkpoints are established at key milestones, with non-conformances tracked through to closure.

3. Contractor Coordination & Progress Monitoring

We facilitate regular coordination meetings, review contractor progress against the schedule, and manage technical queries and change requests. Progress is tracked using earned value management and reported weekly to the client.

4. Safety & Compliance Oversight

Safety is embedded in every aspect of our supervision. We conduct regular HSE inspections, audit contractor safety practices, and ensure full compliance with project-specific safety requirements and applicable regulations.
